Entrance via “La Grille d’honneur”
 

 

 

 

We have booked rooms for you at  “Le Meridien Etoile Hotel”
Address: 81 Boulevard Gouvion Saint-Cyr, 75017 Paris
 

From September 24 to September 26
Check-in time: 4.00 pm | Check-out time: 12.00 pm

Please note that we will not be able to guarantee you the fare nor the room availability in the “Le Méridien Etoile”.

 

Luggage storage will be available at your hotel and at Hippodrome ParisLongchamp if required.

– Get off at “Neuilly Porte Maillot”  station.
or
Take RER Line C or E   
– Get off at “Neuilly Porte Maillot”  station

GETTING TO THE EVENT

BY SHUTTLE
Shuttles to and from “Hippodrome ParisLongchamp” will be provided on September 24, 25 & 26.
A transfer to “Hippodrome ParisLongchamp” will be organized from “Le Meridien Etoile Hotel”. Meeting point in front of the hotel.

BY SUBWAY
Take subway Line 1  
– Get off at “Neuilly Porte Maillot”  station and take bus N° 244 direction “Rueil-Malmaison RER”. Get off at the “Camping Les Moulins” stop.  
or
Take subway Line 10  
– Get off at “Porte d’Auteuil” station and take bus N° 241 direction “Rueil-Malmaison RER”. Get off at the “Hippodrome ParisLongchamp” stop.  

BY CAR
GPS: enter the following address:  “Hippodrome ParisLongchamp”, 2 Route des Tribunes 75016, Paris.

PARKING
Parking is available on-site; the number of on-site parking spaces is limited.

OTHER ON-SITE PARKING FACILITIES
Motorcycles, bikes & electric vehicles (charging stations). Please provide details of your request.

The parking is adapted for disabled person vehicles. There are elevators to the GLAD meeting spaces. The welcoming team will assist you.

If you requested a parking space when registering, a Personal Parking Pass will be sent to you a few days before the event.

Please note that a taxi service will also be available on September 24, 25 and 26 in front of Hippodrome ParisLongchamp.
